Charles K. Graber, Esquire
The hallmark of Charles K. Graber, Esquire, P.C. is litigation, with a particular focus upon insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, commercial litigation and selective personal injury matters.
Mr. Graber is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Supreme Court of the United States, and has been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions.
A cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Mr. Graber is a member of many legal and professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. He is also an Advocate of the National College of Advocacy of the American Association for Justice.
Mr. Graber is a Barrister and active Member of the Temple American Inn of Court in Philadelphia. He is also a member of Vistage International, an international organization committed to helping business leaders become more profitable and to make more informed decisions. Most recently, Mr. Graber was elected a Member of the Million and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums, which are exclusive organizations recognizing attorneys who have been lead counsel in cases resulting in million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
Due to his trial practice and experience, the National Business Institute and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association have repeatedly invited Mr. Graber to speak to other lawyers about insurance bad faith in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Prior to founding his firm, Mr. Graber was an equity shareholder with a firm in Philadelphia and was previously associated with a prominent insurance defense firm in Philadelphia.
